DESKTOP METHOD (Recommended)
Step 1: Sign in to Google
Open google.com and log in using the email linked to your GMB.
Step 2: Search Your Business Name
In Google search, type your exact business name.
Your Business Profile should appear on the right side.
Step 3: Open Business Profile Settings
Click on More (three dots) → Business Profile settings
Step 4: Go to “People & access”
Click on People & access

- People & access option not visible
→ You’re not the primary owner - Invite not received
→ Check spam or email typo - Access accepted, but profile not visible
→ Logged into the wrong Google account - Business is not showing at all
